About The Post
Surveyors– Estates
BarnsleyCouncilisseekinghighlymotivatedindividualswhopossessgoodtechnicaland communication skills to join our team of experienced surveyors.
You will be responsible for supporting the team of experienced senior surveyors and dependingonyourexperienceconductinspections,valuations,measurement,negotiations and agree terms on tenancies as well as investigating queries and complaints and bring these to a satisfactory conclusion. You will also support the management of the Council’s land and property portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations.
Additionally,youwillcontributetotheCouncilsAssetManagementPlanandsupportingthe delivery of the Medium-Term Financial Plan targets.
