Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro-rata if part-time)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Assistant to support our garment production process. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and the technical requirements of producing high-quality garments.

You will be an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with other departments while ensuring the production process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the technical aspects of garment production, including pattern making and garment construction.
• Work with ERP systems to manage product data and garment specifications.
• Support the team with problem-solving and troubleshooting during the production process.
• Ensure that production timelines are met without compromising quality standards.
• Provide technical expertise and insights to improve production processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Maintain detailed records of garment production and modifications for future reference.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with ERP systems, email, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• A solid understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and the technical aspects of garment production.
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
