We’re Hiring – Commercial Account Handler
Insurance-Desk is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Account Handler to join our established team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing commercial renewals end-to-end, enjoys building strong client relationships, and takes pride in delivering a high standard of service. Previous commercial insurance experience is essential.
Full-Time | Remote (UK-Based)
Hours: 37.5 per week (9:00am – 5:30pm)
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience)

What we’re looking for:
Proven experience in a Commercial Renewals / Account Handler role
Confident handling renewals across a range of commercial risks
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent client communication and relationship management
High attention to detail and accuracy
Experience using Acturis (preferred but not essential)
Cert CII or working towards (desirable)
