The company is headquartered in Salisbury, Wiltshire and provides healthcare services across the United Kingdom with dedicated heart clinics in Cambridge, Bournemouth, Poole and Plymouth.
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing & Web Performance Manager to take full ownership of our digital ecosystem. This is a high-impact role responsible for building and managing a premium, conversion-focused websites, alongside overseeing analytics, SEO strategy, and social media presence across Regent’s Park Healthcare and its associated brands.
This will be a high profile role with direct access to the senior management team to design and implement a companywide SEO strategy and marketing with the initial focus on web site development and enhancement.
Key accountabilities are
Website Strategy & Performance
• Lead the end-to-end creation of new websites from concept to launch and optimisation ensuring a premium healthcare brand experience
• Own ongoing website development, maintenance and performance
• Implement and manage analytics and tracking frameworks
SEO & Content Strategy
• Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy
• Produce and manage SEO-optimised healthcare content
• Support consultant profile development in conjunction with corporate development
Social Media & Digital Channels
• Own and manage all corporate social media channels
• Deliver an annual content calendar
• Oversee creation of professional short-form video content
Insight, Reporting & Optimisation
• Analyse website and social media performance
• Provide insight-led recommendations for improvement.
· Review the use of new and emerging technology that can be used to strengthen company digital communication strategies.
Experience
• Proven experience delivering professional websites
• Strong knowledge of analytics and SEO
• Experience managing corporate social media channels
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience within healthcare is highly desirable
