Personal Assistant to Director

We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support a Director with a wide range of personal and family-related matters.
This is not a standard PA role as you’ll become a trusted right-hand person to the family, helping to manage day-to-day responsibilities across property, administration, and personal life, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You will take ownership of a variety of tasks, including:
- Managing and coordinating personal and family schedules
- Overseeing property-related matters (maintenance, contractors, utilities, and general upkeep)
- Visiting and checking on properties as required, ensuring everything is maintained to a high standard
- Acting as a key point of contact for suppliers, agents, and service providers
- Handling correspondence, diary management, and general administration
- Organising appointments, travel, and personal commitments
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and tasks as they arise
- Ensuring everything is proactively tracked, followed up, and delivered on time
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and able to anticipate needs before they arise
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional at all times
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working independently
- Confident dealing with people at all levels
- Experienced personal assistant of 3 years minimum
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools
- A driver with access to a car and willing to travel
