The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a professional career within a specialist recruitment business.

Whether you have recently completed horticultural studies, have practical horticultural experience, or are looking for a career in a people-focused business environment, we will provide full training and support.

You will work closely with our experienced recruitment team, learning how to source candidates, manage recruitment campaigns and build long-term relationships with clients and job seekers.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting consultants with recruitment assignments
  • Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
  • Screening CVs and applications
  • Conducting candidate registration calls
  • Managing candidate records and databases
  • Supporting marketing and business development activities
  • Researching potential clients and candidates
  • Maintaining high standards of administration and organisation
