The Role

The Junior People Analyst will play a key role in supporting the People team across employee lifecycle administration, HR systems management, data quality, and People Operations processes. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise in HR Operations, People Analytics, and HR technology within a fast-growing international business.

Working closely with the People team, the successful candidate will help ensure employee records, systems, and documentation remain accurate, organised, and compliant while contributing to the continuous improvement of People processes and reporting. The role offers broad exposure across onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR systems, and People data, making it an ideal position for someone looking to build a long-term career in People Operations.

Responsibilities

People Systems & Data Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation across HiBob, SharePoint, and other People systems.
  • Ensure employee files and People documentation are organised, complete, and up to date.
  • Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent employee data and support the resolution of data quality issues.
  • Assist with HRIS administration, including data uploads, audits, system maintenance, and regular checks within HiBob.
  • Support data validation activities to ensure consistency across People platforms and records.

People Operations

  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all administration is completed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with employee benefits administration and maintain accurate benefits records.
  • Coordinate Zinc background checks and follow up with employees where required.
  • Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain associated documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of employee letters and People documentation.

Knowledge Management & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and organise the internal People knowledge base and SharePoint resources.
  • Ensure People policies, templates, and documentation remain current and accessible.
  • Support the continuous improvement of People processes and operational workflows.
  • Assist with People reporting and administrative projects as required.

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Support internal People communications and coordination activities.
  • Build positive working relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business.
  • Provide responsive administrative support to the wider People team.
  • Contribute to creating a positive employee experience through efficient and accurate People Operations support.

Requirements

Essential

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working with data, systems, and administrative processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to accuracy.

Desirable

  • Previous experience in HR, People Operations, Administration, Internal Talent Acquisition, or a similar operational role.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms, particularly HiBob.
  • Previous internship, placement year, or work experience within HR, People, Operations, or Administration.
  • Experience maintaining records, databases, or business systems.
  • Interest in People Analytics, HR Technology, and process improvement.
  • Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems.
