Adult Attendance & Intervention Officer

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking to appoint an Attendance and Intervention Officer (Adults) to support the adult and HE team, by monitoring learner attendance, and following up non-attendance, helping to signpost students to appropriate college support, and working collaboratively across the college to provide a consistently high level of support.

Sustainability is a key priority for Warrington & Vale Royal College, and we are committed to raising awareness and the implementation of sustainable practices in all aspects of college life. Sustainability principles are embedded across the college, and our sustainability action plan and committee are led by senior leaders to ensure that this remains a key focus.

Suitable candidates will be educated to level 3 or equivalent, with GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C, or 4 or above. Candidates should have an understanding of the importance of student welfare and guidance, and should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
