Job Description:
- Capitax is a growing accountancy firm providing accounting, tax, payroll, and bookkeeping services to a wide range of businesses and individuals. The team works closely with clients to provide practical support and advice across their day-to-day financial needs.

- What you'll do
- Opening, sorting, and recording incoming post and distributing it to the relevant person.
- Preparing, recording, and franking outgoing post.
- Filing and organising paperwork to keep records up to date and easy to access.
- Retrieving files and documents for the Director and other team members when needed.
- Photocopying, scanning, printing, and preparing documents.
- Making tea and coffee for staff and visitors when required.
- Providing general administrative support to help the office run smoothly.
- Assisting colleagues with day-to-day tasks and learning new skills as part of the role.
