Your Responsibilities
- Compliance with applicable quality, regulatory, health, safety and environmental (HS&E) requirements, policies and objectives
- Day-to-day support of the HS&E department
- Planning, coordination and execution of internal management system audits
- Support in the further development and continuous improvement of management systems
- Advising and guiding departments on HS&E compliance requirements
- Management and coordination of HS&E-related projects and initiatives
- Administration and maintenance of HS&E systems and documentation
- Analysis and interpretation of regulatory, normative and business requirements
- Preparation and presentation of audit results, recommendations and compliance-related information
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders across different locations and business functions
Your qualification
- 3+ years of professional experience in a compliance-focused environment, ideally with HS&E exposure
- Experience conducting management system audits in multinational organizations across multiple locations
- Qualification in Health, Safety and Environment (e.g. NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent) desirable
- Internal or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 desirable, or willingness to obtain certification
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented approach with the ability to interpret regulations and standards
- Resilient personality with confidence in handling challenging situations professionally
- Independent, proactive and improvement-driven mindset combined with strong teamwork skills
- Enthusiasm for HS&E, commitment to continuous professional development and willingness to travel within the UK, Ireland and Europe occasionally
