About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Professional to join our team and take ownership of end-to-end sourcing activities that support our business objectives.
In this role, you will play a key part in securing high-quality IT outsourcing resources, managing supplier relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and delivering sustainable value across the organization while ensuring compliance with Samsung SDS procurement policies and global procurement standards.
Responsibilities
Procurement Management
- Execute end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities in line with Samsung SDS global procurement policies and category strategies.
- Manage supplier sourcing, RFx processes, contract negotiations, spend, performance, and relationships to achieve optimal commercial outcomes.
- Source IT outsourcing resources and agency contractors efficiently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance across cost, quality, and service levels, while maintaining supply continuity and contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and procurement governance standards.
- Provide regular updates on procurement initiatives, escalate key risks when necessary, and support ad hoc procurement projects.

You will collaborate closely with Samsung SDS Head Office in Korea, European subsidiaries, internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and business requestors, as well as external suppliers, service providers, and relevant public authorities.
Requirements
Essential
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum 4-5year work experience in procurement, supply chain management and/or IT industry
- Computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English Language to work with all relevant stakeholders
- Legally eligible to work in the United Kingdom
Desirable
- Familiar with ERP system e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
- Minimum CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate or CIPS Level 4 Diploma Certificate held or willing to study to be qualified
HOURS OF WORK
- 37.5-hour week.
