The Role

We're looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support the growth of two well-known craft beer brands, helping to drive online sales, improve customer journeys, and deliver a best-in-class ecommerce experience.
Working closely with senior stakeholders across marketing, sales, and operations, you'll play a key role in executing ecommerce activity across multiple channels. From website updates and promotional campaigns to customer retention and performance reporting, you'll be involved in every stage of the customer journey.

What You'll Be Doing
- Support the day-to-day management of two Shopify ecommerce stores
- Implementing ecommerce plans designed to drive sales and customer growth
- Upload and maintain products, promotions, content, and website updates
- Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
- Support the management of Shopify integrations and stock systems
- Execute customer acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, affiliates, and other performance channels
- Work alongside the wider marketing team to coordinate ecommerce campaigns and promotional activity
- Manage Klaviyo email marketing, including newsletters, automated flows, and customer segmentation
- Launch customer retention initiatives to encourage repeat purchases
- Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs and performance metrics
- Support the identification of new ecommerce opportunities, including marketplace growth
- Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, production, and operations teams
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an ecommerce, digital marketing, or online trading role
- Familiarity with Shopify or other ecommerce platforms
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, PPC, and email marketing
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness and an interest in ecommerce growth
- Comfortable working with data and reporting on performance
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus Points
- Experience using Klaviyo
- Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads
- Exposure to Shopify apps and integrations
- Interest in FMCG, retail, or consumer brands
