Role Description

The Technical Trainer & Assessor is a full-time, on-site role based in Spalding. The role involves designing and delivering technical training programs, assessing employee competencies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring that team members are equipped with the skills necessary to succeed in their roles. The position focuses on enhancing team capabilities and supporting professional development within the organisation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proficiency in Technical Training and experience as a Technical Trainer
• Strong expertise in Training & Development and delivering structured programs
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess training needs and ensure continuous employee development
• Familiarity with agricultural or fresh produce or food sectors is a plus
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in training or assessing are preferred
