Our client, a global player in the OTC healthcare market, is seeking an ambitious ABM to join its dynamic UK brand team. Position Overview
As an ABM in a dynamic, busy and high-calibre team, you’ll work alongside senior team members, supporting the development and implementation of brand strategies, and bringing consumer health brands to life, delivering engaging marketing campaigns across digital, retail and media channels, and working with internal teams and retail partners to drive growth. Your work will directly contribute to the company's mission of improving healthcare access and making a tangible difference to consumers' lives.
What you’ll be doing from Day 1
- Supporting the development and delivery of brand plans aligned to business goals and market opportunities
- Creating and managing engaging content across digital and on-line channels, ensuring consistent brand presence and messaging
- Driving and optimising digital marketing campaigns, monitoring performance against KPIs and identifying areas for improvement
- Tracking brand performance metrics and supporting budget management to ensure efficient resource allocation
- Collaborating with sales teams and retail partners to implement brand strategies and maximise market reach
- Analysing market trends & consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic recommendations
- Contributing to the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and touchpoints
What we are looking for
- Minimum of 18-24 months in brand marketing, working in FMCG, consumer health, or another fast-moving consumer brand environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and media planning with proven ability to deliver campaigns
- Hands-on experience developing in-store, on-pack or other promotional activity to drive brand growth
- Passion for brands and marketing with an intense desire to build a busy and challenging brand management career
- Proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail, able to interpret consumer, market & shopper data and insights
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functions and external partners
