We are currently looking for a Early Careers Associate who will support the Early Careers Manager with recruitment planning, program development & delivery, and retention of early career talent within the Building Services operating unit.

As the Early Careers Associate, you will
- Understand the Early Careers strategy in the operating unit to develop a deep understanding of the future resourcing requirements of projects.
- Support with developing a plan to fill future skills requirements via emerging talent routes where appropriate.
- Support with the adoption of a data-driven approach, tracking the success of emerging talent initiatives and regularly reporting on key metrics.
- Support the recruitment of Early Careers employees, working in close collaboration with the central Early Careers team to ensure the successful attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of emerging talent (including Graduates, Interns, Trainees, and Apprentices).
- Support the Early Careers Manager with the development and execution of programmes and events that will accurately reflect the needs of Skanska and the emerging talent population.
- Be a key point of contact for all Early Careers queries within the OU.
We are looking for
- Passionate about developing the next generation of talent.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ideally, administrative experience in HR, Talent Development and/or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent people skills and able to build strong working relationships with emerging talent, line managers, internal and external stakeholders.
