Role Summary and Responsibilities
Working in a team environment, you will deal with a wide range of projects spanning from the promotion of Strategic Sites to Heritage and Conservation all over the UK.
You will have a diverse array of responsibilities, from liaising directly with clients and other consultants, attending meetings and appeals, to preparing, reviewing, and editing, reports, and processing planning applications. Current projects include the Ospreys re-development of St Helen’s Rugby Ground, multiple strategic sites and town centre re-development schemes (e.g. Bishops Stortford and Hemel Hempstead).
Every individual (both Planners and Senior Planners) is supported and encouraged to have first-hand exposure to clients, finance, and marketing etc.
What we are looking for
· A degree and / or Masters in town planning or related subject;
· Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills;
· Deliver excellent client service;
· An ability to project manage efficiently;
· An eye for detail; and
· Enthusiasm.
