LEAF (Linking Environment And Farming) is looking for a Network and Projects Coordinator to join our Innovation and Knowledge Exchange team and play a key role in connecting farmers, researchers, and industry partners across our Demonstration Farm and Innovation Centre Network.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of a growing national and international network driving the adoption of Integrated Farm Management (IFM) and climate-positive agriculture through practical, on-farm innovation and knowledge exchange.

About the role

You’ll work closely with our Network Development Manager to help coordinate and grow the LEAF Network, strengthening engagement with farmers and partners, supporting collaboration, and ensuring knowledge and insights are shared effectively across the sector.

Alongside network coordination, you’ll also support the delivery of funded projects and programmes, helping to turn on-farm activity into meaningful insight, evidence and impact that benefits farmers, supply chains and the wider industry.

What you’ll be doing

  • Acting as a key contact for Demonstration Farms and Innovation Centres
  • Supporting engagement, onboarding and relationship building across the Network
  • Coordinating projects, trials and events with farmers and partners
  • Capturing and sharing practical insights from on-farm activity
  • Helping to demonstrate the impact of LEAF programmes and projects

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Confident building relationships and working with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong coordination skills
  • Comfortable facilitating conversations and drawing out practical insights
  • Analytical, curious and impact-focused
  • Passionate about agriculture, sustainability and systems change (experience in the sector is a bonus)

Hybrid working (minimum 1 day per week in the LEAF office)

Full-time, permanent

Salary: £32,000 pa
