About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Recruiter / Resource Manager to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for attracting top talent while ensuring effective allocation and utilisation of internal resources across projects. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Create and post job advertisements across relevant platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Resource Management
- Monitor workforce capacity and project staffing needs.
- Allocate employees and contractors to projects based on skills, availability, and business priorities.
- Track resource utilisation and forecast future staffing requirements.
- Work closely with department managers to optimise workforce planning.
- Maintain accurate resource schedules and staffing reports.
- Support succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, resource management, workforce planning, or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
