We are looking for an experienced
Environmental Coordinator to join our growing
Estates team.
Based in our Worcester office, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality environmental caretaking services, providing coordination and administrative support to our Environmental Caretaking Teams.
Working closely with colleagues, customers, contractors and local authorities, you will help ensure services are delivered efficiently, compliantly and to the highest standards.

What You'll Be Doing
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the Environmental Caretaking Teams and management.
- Advise and support customers in resolving queries and issues, managing expectations and identifying proactive solutions.
- Schedule, route plan and allocate work, ensuring tasks are prioritised and completed within agreed timescales.
- Maintain accurate systems, service records, inspection logs and compliance documentation.
- Respond to enquiries from across the business via phone, email and in writing.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrable understanding of, or experience working towards, ISO 14001 standards.
- Educated to Level 3 in Business Administration, or able to demonstrate equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience of maintaining accurate records, databases and compliance documentation.
- Experience of handling customer enquiries and complaints, including investigation and resolution.
- Experience of providing administrative and coordination support within a housing, environmental or facilities management environment is desirable.
You will be based at our Worcester office, conveniently located near Shrub Hill station, making it ideal for commuting by train. For those who drive, free on-site parking is available. The role is full-time, with a working pattern of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Occasional travel to other offices and locations may be required to attend meetings.
