About the role
We are looking for a Student Training, Communications and Campaigns Specialist to join our Student Support and Conduct team. Reporting to the Student Support and Conduct Manager, you will play a key role in delivering student training, awareness campaigns and engagement activity focused on harassment and sexual misconduct (HSM) and inclusion.
You will
- Contribute to a growing area of strategic importance, supporting the University’s work to embed a preventative, student-focused approach to a respectful campus environment.
- Design and deliver engaging student campaigns and communications to promote respectful behaviours.
- Coordinate and support the delivery of student training, including consent, bystander intervention and HSM awareness.
- Plan and deliver student engagement activity, including events and targeted interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of training and campaigns, using data and insight to inform improvements.
- Work collaboratively with Faculties, the Students’ Union and external partners to maximise reach and impact.

For this role, you will need to be on site 3 days a week. Although we can accommodate working from home for this role, flexibility to be on-site will be expected due to business needs.
You should
- Have experience of delivering training, campaigns or engagement activity in a complex organisation.
- Be confident creating engaging communications and working with diverse audiences.
- Be able to use data and feedback to evaluate impact and improve delivery.
- Have strong stakeholder and relationship building skills.
- Be passionate about student experience, inclusion and creating a respectful culture change.
