HGV Class 1 Driver

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 Container Day Drivers for ongoing work in Felixstowe.

The role involves safely operating flatbed and commercial vehicles to deliver goods across various routes, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

Key responsibilities include conducting vehicle inspections, securely transporting cargo, planning efficient routes, managing delivery documentation, assisting with loading/unloading, and reporting vehicle issues.

Requirements include a valid driver license, driver card, relevant qualifications, and experience with container transport and route planning. Knowledge of road safety regulations and a clean driving record are essential.

The position offers a pay rate of £17.00 - £21.00 per hour, with benefits such as free and on-site parking. Candidates should have basic English skills and be committed to customer service and road safety.
