The Role

Vendor investment is one of the biggest levers we have for growth.

Done well, it drives pipeline, strengthens partnerships and helps our partners scale faster. This role exists to make that happen, across the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands.

You will own how Konekt turns vendor business plans into clear, focused activity that delivers real outcomes, pipeline, SAOs and measurable return. Working directly with the CEO, you will have the visibility, the mandate and the space to do things differently.

The tools available to us now are more powerful than ever. We can test faster, create faster and reach more targeted audiences across multiple markets. Things that weren't practical before, too slow or too expensive to scale, are now within reach.

This is not a role with a fixed playbook. We are not looking for someone to maintain the status quo. We are looking for someone who will look at what we have, the vendor relationships, the funding, the market position, and find smarter ways to make it work.

Someone who thinks differently. Who brings energy and ideas. Who wants to build something, not just run something.

This is not traditional marketing. It is clear thinking, creative execution and commercial discipline, applied across a growing European business.

What You'll Do

Own vendor-led growth

Take vendor plans and turn them into focused, outcome-driven activity. Make sure funding, priorities and execution are aligned from the start.

Drive pipeline, not just activity

Work side-by-side with Sales to deliver campaigns that support real opportunities and priority accounts. Focus on what converts.

Make vendor investment go further

Treat MDF as investment capital. Push for better outcomes, better alignment and better return on every pound spent.

Bring pace and direction to execution

Connect vendors, Sales and agency partners. Remove friction. Keep things moving. Make sure campaigns land properly, not just get launched.

Use AI and new ways of working

Use AI and modern tools to create, test and refine campaigns in ways that weren't possible before. Improve quality, targeting and consistency, not just speed. Bring new ideas on how we engage partners and run campaigns.

Use every tool available — including face-to-face

Vendor days, partner events, customer roundtables. The channel is built on relationships, and the best people in this space know when nothing beats being in the room. Use digital, AI and modern tools where they work hardest, and know when a conversation over a table works better.

Lead with creative thinking

Come up with smarter ways to engage partners, support Sales and use vendor investment. Focus on ideas that cut through and deliver results, not just more activity.

Manage agency output

Keep a high bar on quality. Make sure everything delivered is clear, consistent and commercially useful.

Lead internal activation

Run kick-offs, vendor days and internal sessions that bring focus and energy to the plan. Get the whole business aligned.

Own the numbers

Be clear on performance. Pipeline, SAOs, ROI, know what's working and where to improve. Report clearly and act on it.

How You'll Work

Clear. Direct. Outcome-focused.

You simplify complexity and move things forward. You focus on what delivers results, not what looks good. You build strong relationships and follow through. You take ownership and raise the standard.

Why This Role Matters

Most roles have a defined shape. This one doesn't, and that's the point.

You will report directly to the CEO and have the scope to operate across the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands. You will work with major vendors, shape how Konekt goes to market and build a function that directly drives revenue.

The infrastructure is here. The vendor relationships are here. What we need is someone who can build compelling cases for vendor investment, win the funding and then make it work harder than it has before.

If you get it right, the impact is clear, more pipeline, stronger partnerships and a business that moves with focus and intent. And you will have built it.

Working at Konekt

Cloud communications is moving fast. It is also getting more complex. We exist to bring clarity, to help partners scale with confidence and turn complexity into something that works.

We move quickly, stay close to our partners and focus on what helps them win. We operate across the UK, France, Germany and the Netherlands, and we are still building.
