Trainee Sales Executive

Location: Hyundai/Mazda Oldham

Salary: £25,000 basic + commission (OTE £40,000 + Once Fully Trained)

Rota: Full-time (includes weekends on a rota)

What you’ll be doing

• Welcoming customers and delivering a professional, premium experience
• Learning how to guide customers through the full car-buying journey
• Building confidence in presenting vehicles and finance options
• Developing strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Working towards targets and celebrating success as part of a team

What we’re looking for

• A confident, positive personality and strong people skills
• Ambition and a genuine desire to succeed
• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Target-driven mindset (sport, retail, or team background is a bonus)
• Basic IT skills
• Full UK driving licence
