We’re Hiring: HR Consultant
Burnley (Hybrid) | £40,000 + Profit Share | Full-time, Permanent

We’re growing and looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join us. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You’ll partner with a diverse range of clients from multi-site organisations to scaling businesses, becoming a trusted extension of their teams.
This isn’t a policy behind a desk role.
You’ll be actively involved in real situations, navigating complex ER cases and helping clients make confident, informed decisions.

What we’re looking for:
You’re already operating at a Senior HR Advisor / Consultant level and ready for your next challenge:
· CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent)
· Strong HR generalist background (consultancy or multi-site experience ideal)
· Confident managing complex ER cases independently
· Resilient and comfortable in a fast-paced, high volume environment
· Commercially aware - you understand business impact, not just policy
· Excellent communicator with strong influencing skills
· Tech comfortable across HR systems
· A collaborative team player who values openness and connection
