What you’ll be doing

This is an opportunity to shape how we use data to transform lending decisions and deliver better outcomes for millions of customers.

As a Lab Product Owner within Customer Affordability & Data and the Consumer Data Lab, you’ll own and evolve a portfolio of data platform products, enabling teams across Consumer Lending to access, leverage and derive value from trusted data at scale. You’ll sit at the centre of a function that combines commercial expertise with advanced data and analytics to personalise lending, improve access to credit and support smarter decision-making.

You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, engineers and data specialists to translate strategic priorities into tangible product outcomes. A key focus will be ensuring data is not only well-governed and accessible, but actively leveraged to optimise decisions, improve performance and unlock measurable business value.

Operating with a strong platform product mindset, you’ll design scalable, reusable data capabilities that can be consumed across multiple teams and use cases. You’ll lead the end-to-end lifecycle of these products — from discovery through to build, deployment and continuous improvement — helping embed a truly data-driven culture across the business.
