As an Analyst, you'll join a talented and ambitious team, who work within a collaborative and supportive environment in which we aim is to grow and develop as a team, continuously learning and improving in our careers.

You will review and analyse significant amounts of data to perform gap analysis, identify root causes, determine recommendations. Presenting them to the business to help lead initiatives.

A key part of the role will require you to work with stakeholders to develop business focused Power BI dashboard with the aim to automate reporting processes and drive actionable results in the business.

In this role there is a significant amount of cross functional partners to develop strategies which allow the company to meet customer service and finance performance targets, therefore effective relationship and stakeholder management is paramount. You'll also have a continuous improvement mind-set to identify, recommend and lead projects while working in a fast-paced environment.

You will be involved in a variety of projects across the business creating relevant reports for management and cross functional partner review, through this you will gain a deep knowledge and understanding of the Cromwell retail business.

What are we looking for?

  • Analytical / Mathematical background in numerate discipline (STEM Degree preferred).
  • Highly motived problem solver with attention to detail, able to take the initiative and drive results proactively.
  • Effective time management skills, ability to balance multiple projects while keeping stakeholders well-informed throughout the process.
  • Preferred experience creating and maintaining dashboards to drive and lead business initiatives.
  • Preferred Skills: SQL, Excel, Dashboard Software (e.g. Tableau, Power Bi, Looker)
  • Experience of data analysis using large data sets preferred, not required.
