The Role

• Work with key stakeholders to address business challenges and identify solutions.
• Document 'As Is' and define 'To Be' processes for improved performance.
• Produce business cases and specify requirements for core business applications.
• Identify and implement off-the-shelf solutions, collaborating with software vendors.
• Produce detailed specifications for bespoke developments, working with in-house teams.
• Proactively identify and implement process improvements to address business challenges.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience as an accomplished Business Analyst.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and add significant value to a business.
• Experience working within a substantially regulated business sector (e.g., Banking, Insurance, Pensions, Telecoms).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing business needs.
