Student Experience Administrator

Hours of work – Full-time 35 hours per week.
Tenure – This post is available for a fixed term of up to 18 months.
You will join the School’s Student Experience Team, who are responsible for all aspects of the student experience for the School’s Undergraduate and Postgraduate Taught students and will contribute to the delivery of School wide operations related to the student experience. Working closely with the Student Experience Team Leaders, Student Experience Co-ordinators and academic colleagues, you will support both the Education and Enhancement Teams in providing a wide-range of administrative support to both of the School’s departments.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, with excellent IT, communication and organisational skills. Experience of Microsoft Office (including Outlook Calendar) and University IT systems (Canvas, BANNER, TULIP, SharePoint, Curriculum Manager and Business Objects) is essential.
