What youll be doing

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our Management Consulting practice. The successful candidate will shape, lead and deliver consulting engagements that deliver complex business and technology transformation in our public sector practice.

What youll be doing

  • Engagement Leadership: Lead and manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders in existing and new clients
  • Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and best practices in change and transformation
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the practice.

What experience youll bring

  • Several years of experience as a management consultant including business development, engagement management and leading consulting teams .
  • Proven experience in supporting or leading the adoption of new technologies and ways of working within the UK public sector, including deep expertise in two or more of the following:
  • Strategy Development: Developing strategy, designing change programmes and mobilising successful transformation initiatives
  • Process and Operating model redesign: Designing and implementing target-state solutions that improve services and value.
  • Change & Adoption Management: Developing and implementing change management approaches that deliver benefits from technology and culture change.
  • Product Management: Understand the business needs and align product vision, roadmap and requirements to ensure success both before and throughout delivery, measuring progress and pivoting as required.
  • Customer Insight: Be the voice of the customer within the delivery team(s) - structure engagement with customers and users as well as drawing insights from data and best practice.

Education and qualifications

  • Bachelors or masters degree in business, management or technology, or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of relevant continued professional education, for example certifications related to Consulting, business architecture, business analysis, change management and Product management
  • Be willing to be undergo vetting and security clearance
