Sauna Host

You Can Sauna is opening a new wood-fired sauna and cold plunge site on the seafront at Marine Lake, Weston-super-Mare. We're aiming to open in early July, though the exact date depends on sauna delivery timelines!

As a host you'll be the person who makes the session. That means tending the wood-fired sauna and keeping it at temperature, greeting and looking after guests, guiding people through the sauna and cold plunge, managing bookings on site, and keeping everything clean, safe and welcoming.

Full training is provided, including fire management, health and safety, and first aid, so prior sauna experience isn't required. An existing first aid certification is useful but not essential. What matters more is being warm with people, reliable, and happy working outdoors in all weather.

We're a Real Living Wage employer, and we offer terms equivalent to the Living Hours and Living Pension standards, with formal certification something we're aiming to have in place before launch. We build our sites around good people who care about the work. Staff who are also able to take on additional responsibilities, including assisting with deep cleaning, stock management, and logistics, will have further opportunities to take on paid responsibility and advance.

Weston is one of several new sites: we're opening in Wyre Forest near Kidderminster later this year, and we're building toward a network of sites across the country. So, if you're not in the right place to work at this site, please do keep an eye out for future opportunities!
