The Role

• Managing a caseload of public and private family matters including divorce, finances and children work

• Leading and developing the Family Law team

• Supervising and supporting junior fee earners

• Assisting with business development and networking activities

• Contributing to the ongoing growth and success of the department

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with strong experience in Family Law

• Comfortable handling a broad range of privately funded family matters

• Previous supervisory experience would be advantageous

• Understanding of Legal Aid

• Commercially minded with a proactive approach

• Looking to take ownership of a department and progress your career
