Commercial Property Surveyor

Grade 8 - £37,280 to £40,777 per annum (£18,640 to £20,388 pro rata)

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us at East Staffordshire Borough Council as a Commercial property Surveyor. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Council’s commercial property portfolio which includes industrial and retail assets.

We are looking for somebody who has:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage a varied workload independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

The appointment is for a part time permanent contract and the contracted hours, of work are 18.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
