Aberdeen City Vaccination Team are looking for an enthusiastic, pragmatic and personable individuals to undertake the role of Clinic Receptionist in the Autumn Winter Flu and Covid Immunisation Programme for a fixed term period from September 2026 until end December 2026.
The role will require the post holder to be able to multi-task, have good attention to detail and have the ability to maintain confidentiality. The role will require strong IT skills with an ability to report in excel.
The Clinic Receptionist will also be required to speak to patients in a calm and helpful manner under pressure whilst listening sympathetically. The post holder will be involved in greeting patients on arrival to clinics. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as the ability to work supportively and compassionately in a team are essential for this role.

Clinics run over 6 days a week and applicants must be able to work flexibly across these times.
The post holder must have the ability to travel between locations as the role will cover all Immunisation clinics in Aberdeen City
