Role Description
The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Monmouth, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of CONJAY’s operations. This position assists with order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. The Operations Assistant helps maintain records, prepares basic reports, and supports operational documentation related to security systems and associated products. The role also involves responding to customer and partner inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, and helping to improve operational processes. This position suits a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working in a structured, security-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to support day-to-day workflows and process coordination.
- Well-developed analytical skills for interpreting data, monitoring inventory, and preparing basic operational reports.
- Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders in a professional manner.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site in Monmouth, organize tasks, and manage time in a fast-paced, security-sensitive environment as part of a dynamic Team
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, and basic databases); experience with inventory or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Prior experience in operations, logistics, or administrative support is preferred; experience in defense, security, or related sectors is a plus.
- English first language
- Commuteable distance for working at Monmouth HQ
- Full clean Driving Licence
- Practical knowledge of Conjay Products
- DG Qualifications desireable
