We're hiring: Pre-Construction Commercial Manager/Senior Estimator/Estimator

We're looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Commercial Manager/Estimator to work within our commercial team across multiple sectors delivering Construction Management for our clients. This is a full time role based at our office at Nostell Business Park, Wakefield with candidates ideally having a general contracting background.

The role predominantly involves:

• Cost planning
• Estimating
• Contract Negotiations
• Placing orders
