We are currently partnering with a highly innovative engineering organisation who are looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join their established engineering team. The company operates within a complex, R&D-led environment, delivering advanced electronic and electrical systems. This is a key role where you will drive technical direction, support high-impact projects and have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role.

In role, you will lead system design activities across both electronics and electrical domains, contributing to architecture definition, R&D development, and full lifecycle delivery. You will also engage with senior stakeholders, support bids and proposals, and help shape engineering best practice.

The role is based in High Wycombe and requires office working of 2 days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electronic and electrical design across the full lifecycle
• Define system architecture including power and PCB design
• Provide expertise across EMC, power management, and control systems
• Identify risks and ensure robust project delivery
• Mentor and support engineers
• Contribute to bids and stakeholder engagement

Experience Required

• Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 10+ years’ experience in a relevant environment
• Strong circuit design and system-level understanding
• Experience leading projects or teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

Salary: £65,000–£70,000
