! A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quality Systems Officer to join our award winning Global, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology Company

A day in the life of a Quality Systems Officer

As a Quality Systems Officer here at Wockhardt you will mainly focus on on the preparation of Annual Product Reviews and Technical Agreements, together with any other reports and reviews, as defined by cGMP requirements.

Other role duties will include maintaining the site quality system in a manner that is cost effective, meets business expectations and timescales, and is GMP compliant. The Quality Systems Officers will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness and level of site wide compliance of all quality systems and quality targets.

What we are looking for

  • Ideally a graduate (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline. Membership of a recognised professional body (eg RSC) would be advantage.
  • Previous experience within the pharmaceutical industry or equivalent quality assurance/control environment.
  • A thorough understanding of cGMP, GAMP and other current practices would be an advantage.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills

You will be working from our Wrexham based site which is home to our MHRA approved sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
