Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanour. Understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of our diverse product range. Stay updated with the latest trends in eyewear and share insights with customers.
• Drive sales through exceptional service. Meet and exceed individual and store targets while ensuring every customer leaves happy.
• Assist in maintaining the store’s visual appeal. Ensure products are displayed attractively and correctly.
• Handle transactions accurately, manage stock levels, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements for the Ideal Match

• A keen interest in eyewear and fashion, with an eye for detail and style.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers. Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential.
• A proactive attitude towards sales, with a knack for understanding customer needs and closing sales.
• Reliable, cooperative, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules as required.
