Job Description:

- Overview
- As a Business Support Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day running of the branch through administration, recruitment support, payroll, marketing and customer service activities, helping the team deliver an efficient and professional service to clients and candidates.
- What you'll do
- Deliver a high level of customer service to clients, candidates and colleagues at all times.
- Assist with general administration and help ensure branch operations run efficiently.
- Manage stationery supplies and support cost-effective branch operations.
- Support recruitment activities across all branch divisions.
- Assist with candidate attraction through job boards, social media, internal systems and external advertising.
- Pre-register candidates and support onboarding activities.
- Carry out compliance checks and clear candidates in line with company procedures.
- Support bookings, placements, check-in calls and candidate availability updates.
- Support with payroll and invoicing queries alongside internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all records and documentation remain compliant with company, legislative and contractual requirements.
- Support internal and external marketing activities to help promote the business.
- Liaise with colleges, training centres and external organisations to support candidate attraction.
- Track and organise training requirements for the external workforce.
- Support absence, sickness and training updates on company systems.
- Support incidents and complaints in line with company policy.
- Support on-call duties on a rota basis as required by the business.
Person Specification:

- Essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Confident using IT systems and office software.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
- Flexible approach to supporting a busy office environment.
- Desirable
- Experience in administration, customer service or recruitment support.
- Understanding of payroll, compliance or office administration.
- Experience using social media, job boards or marketing platforms.
- Interest in recruitment or the healthcare sector.
