Job Title: Insight Manager

Accountable to: Associate Insight Director

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Location: Office Based - Grey Street, Newcastle City Centre (Office Based)

The Role

We are looking for an Insight Manager who is responsible for the management and delivery of a range of research projects. The role will primarily focus on quantitative research, however, there will also be an expectation to work on qualitative projects as and when required. This is an exciting opportunity to build upon project management, reporting experience whilst also supporting the new business tendering process.

Alongside project delivery, the Insight Manager will use quantitative expertise to analyse complex data using tools such as Power BI, Askia, and SNAP, translating findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for our clients.

What we are looking for?

You will proven experience in a research environment, with strong expertise in delivering quantitative projects and a solid understanding of research design, data collection, and analysis. You will have a relevant degree which supports your knowledge, and experience in research principles and be confident in using digital tools to transform data into clear, meaningful outputs.

You will be an effective communicator who can build strong relationships at all levels. Organised and adaptable, you manage multiple projects with ease, consistently meeting client expectations. With a proactive and problem-solving mindset, you maintain high standards and contribute positively to our team success.

Experience

• Proven experience in a market research sector role
• Experience in the delivery of quantitative analysis projects.
• Experience in the delivery of qualitative projects (desirable)
• Undergraduate degree or postgraduate qualification which included qualitative and quantitative research.
