About The Role
Gordon's School is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised and proactive Co-curricular Co-ordinator to support the delivery of a vibrant and inclusive co-curricular programme across the school. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent administrative and communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced educational environment and contributing to the wider life of the school.
The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating and administering the school’s co-curricular activities, trips and events programme. Working closely with teaching staff, students, parents and external providers, the postholder will ensure the smooth running of activities, room bookings, fixtures, competitions and educational visits.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
The role will ideally suit a candidate with experience of an office environment in an educational setting and managing competing deadlines.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to analyse data
- Confidence using IT systems and databases.
- A positive, flexible and collaborative approach.
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, term time plus 10 days
