The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support childrens learning and development through play-based activities
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and social development
- Help create a warm, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment
- Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working with young children (school or nursery setting)

Essential Qualifications
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification / 5 GCSEs A* - C including English and Mathematics/Grade 9 to 5
Desirable Qualifications
- First Aid Qualification (qualification not essential at point of application, training will be given if required)
Essential Experience
- Experience of working with children of relevant age
- A good understanding of the EYFS Curriculum Experience of working in a relevant classroom/service environment
Desirable Experience
- Experience of working with students with medical needs
- Experience of working with children with SEND Experience of delivering Phonics to groups of children
