I am looking for a Case Handler to join the team, this is a fast-paced role focused on progressing/being a point of call for our clients, from the point of their mortgage offer being issued, through to completion. Ensuring excellent communication with solicitors, lenders, and clients throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage a busy pipeline efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress mortgage cases from the point of mortgage offer being issued, through to completion
- Regularly chase solicitors for updates and maintain accurate exchange/completion predictions
- Carry out all compliance checks/requirements
- Liaise with lenders regarding any post-offer queries & changes to applications
- Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
- Communicate effectively with advisers, lenders, solicitors, and clients
- Monitor cases to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
- Maintain accurate records and notes on all systems
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience within mortgages, financial services, or administration preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a passion for going above & beyond
- Confident communicator with professional telephone and email manner
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Knowledge of mortgage processes and lender requirements would be advantageous
This will be a full time office based role, Monday - Friday.
OTE 25k-30k - to be discussed further depending on experience.
