We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sister to join our expanding Urgent Care Centre (UCC) at Prince Philip Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a progressive, patient‑focused service providing high‑quality care for individuals presenting with urgent but non‑life‑threatening conditions.

The role combines clinical practice , leadership and management and supervision of the Urgent Care unit nursing team.

You will be required to work a shift pattern to support 7 days a week, 12 hour service across the different areas of the UCC –that provides medical assessment and treatment for injuries and illnesses that are urgent but not life-threatening.

Main duties of the job

Applicants should have recent Emergency Nursing experience and able to demonstrate evidence of care coordination, clinical competence in triage, critical care assessment and supervisory management.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
