Who We Are
Stokes Coffee and Tea has over 120 years of passion and know-how in sourcing, roasting and blending its coffee and tea, supplying businesses locally and across the UK with exceptional quality. We operate three destination cafés across Lincolnshire. Each café offers a unique ambience, fresh, quality produce and of course the best coffee, which we roast on site, at The Lawn Café. Alongside this, our sister companies, The Blue Room and Charlotte House Hotel, offer beautiful event spaces to suit every visitor and occasion. Via our wholesale team, we also offer a comprehensive technical support package, as well as our coffee, to other cafes, so there are plenty of career opportunities to explore.
At Stokes we are passionate about our people, customers and communities and are constantly evolving to meet the challenges of a changing world, ethically, sustainably and responsibly. We have recently become a BCorp Certified business. This is a global marker, verifying we meet rigorous standards for social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
We want to partner and grow with our team members by offering a supportive work environment that provides better work-life balance, a learning culture to enhance skills, share knowledge and develop your career, as well as offer fair reward. Our management and barista pathways are open to all team members who consistently demonstrate Stokes’s values and behaviours.
We hope you'll join us on the next exciting chapter in our journey and become part of the family.
