Location: Clacton-on-Sea

Pay: £13 per hour

Job Type: Temporary - 2 Months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for a reliable

Picker / Packer to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a hands-on role within a logistics distribution and supply chain environment, focused on accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.

Key Duties

• Picking products accurately using order lists or handheld scanners
• Packing items securely to ensure safe delivery to customers
• Preparing and labelling orders for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks on products and packaging
• Assisting with goods-in and stock replenishment when required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting the wider team to ensure daily targets and deadlines are met
• Following all health & safety procedures and site guidelines

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a picking and packing or warehouse role
• Knowledge of distribution logistics and supply chain processes
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organisational skills and ability to work at pace
• Positive attitude with a team-focused approach
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable and able to commit to the full temporary assignment
