About The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, the Account Director will be responsible for the overall operational performance, profitability, and client satisfaction across a portfolio of accounts.
You will lead a team of Contract Managers, acting as a trusted partner to clients while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in line with company values

Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the performance of assigned contracts, including service delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes
- Lead, develop, and support Contract Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Build and maintain strong senior-level client relationships, acting as the key escalation point
- Identify opportunities for account growth, retention, and service improvement
- Drive operational performance through KPI management, resource planning, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to strategic planning and business growth
- Champion a positive, high-performance culture built on accountability and professionalism
About You
We are seeking a confident and commercially aware leader who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational delivery.
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior account management or operational leadership role
- A track record of managing multiple contracts or accounts successfully
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing managers and teams
- Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management abilities
- A results-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
