We’re Hiring: Service Manager – Caerphilly

Full-time | Permanent

£31,000–£33,000 + bonus (up to £36,600 OTE)

About the role:

You’ll lead and develop a dedicated care team, ensure high-quality support, manage rotas and compliance, and create a safe, inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.

What we’re looking for:

• Level 3 Health & Social Care (essential)

• Level 5 (or working towards)

• Leadership experience in care

• Strong organisational & communication skills

• Passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care

Monday–Friday (with on-call rota)

Based in Caerphilly
