Site Team Leader

Your Role

As a Site Team Leader at our Scunthorpe depot, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating production and warehousing operations during designated shifts, ensuring that efficiency, safety, and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate shift activities, working closely with other shift leaders to ensure seamless operational continuity.
• Lead and manage shift teams by delegating duties, assigning tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure timely and effective completion of work.
• Oversee daily warehousing and production operations, including bulk loading/unloading, filling, mixing, and blending processes.
• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and quality standards throughout all shift activities.
• Carry out administrative duties related to shift operations, including reporting and documentation.
• Provide leadership and support to a small team of operators, fostering a productive and collaborative working environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role within warehousing, manufacturing, or production environments.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Good understanding of health & safety requirements.
• Ability to manage and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
