Salary: £27,100–£28,000 + Uncapped Commission (1st Year OTE: £60,000)

The Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Sourcing candidates through networking, job boards, and headhunting
  • Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for client interviews
  • Managing salary negotiations and guiding both clients and candidates through the offer process
  • Following up on leads, generating new business, and developing new opportunities
  • Creating and promoting job adverts
  • Building your personal brand on LinkedIn
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records

This role blends sales, communication, strategy, and relationship management, perfect for ambitious graduates looking for a career with impact and progression.
